At Underneath The Makeup, we take pride in providing high-quality products. Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will assess the issue and provide a resolution at our discretion.
