2. What is your delivery timeframe?
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–7 business days within the U.S. You'll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
3. Are your products suitable for all hair textures and skin tones?
Our collection is created with a variety of hair textures, skin tones, and individual beauty routines in mind. Because everyone’s hair, skin, preferences, and needs are different, we encourage customers to review the individual product description, ingredients, and directions to determine which products best fit their needs.
4. What types of products do you offer?
Underneath the Makeup offers products across hair care, skin & body care, and fragrance. Our collection includes hair serums, balms and edge care; moisturizers, body care and multipurpose oils; fragrances in spray and rollerball options; and select bundles designed to make building your routine easier.
5. How long before I see results?
Every person’s experience is different. Some customers have reported noticing changes such as moisture, softness, shine, or improvements in their overall routine within 2–4 weeks of consistent use. Some customers using our hair-care products have reported visible progress over 6–8 weeks.

10. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
